Day 3... writing it down and making it happen!

So this thing they call an eating journal??? ... well.... it is helping me! The other thing that is helping me during my work day, is bringing in healthy snacks, and a healthy lunch. I am eating cottage cheese again, which is great protein and a great healthy filler! I am also drinking more water!

Healthy snacks that I am eating during the day, are carrot sticks, almonds and fruit!

IM BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

I am GOING TO DO THIS! It has really been a challenge - but it is time to change and I want to change for my family and myself. JO JO Lets do this. My first GOal is to lose 15 pounds in the next 2 and a half weeks.

Seriously - DONE DEAL!



We are starting again!

Let's Do It Already! Our new goal.... eat better, exercise, and lose that extra weight!

We can do it, yes we can. NOW IS THE TIME!!!
