WoO HoO??? NOT! I clearly suck at this weight loss game. I had such great intentions of Wii'ing every day, and putting in 15 to 30 minutes of some sort of exercise every day. It truly is easy to do.... but why can't I do it? Why do other things pull me to them instead.... the internet, reality tv, a book, the couch, more snacks, a glass of wine.... why oh why doesn't exercise do it for me?!?! hmmm... let me ponder over a delish dinner, and another glass of wine... and maybe someone can enlighten me as to why I can't get into exercising?! I need to do it, I actually didn't mind doing it, but I never can seem to find time in my day to make it happen.
But... I am down 1 glorious pound! Not as much as I wanted, but I'll take it. 19 more to go.
