I am beyond thrilled! My main site is finally opening up their Lifestyle Management gym to employees!!! SO... with that said... I am back. For real. Again. ;)
Starting Monday, February 1st... they will be open to employees from 12:30 until 2pm. I WILL spare at least 30 min. to exercise at least 3 times a week. I WILL DO IT! How could I not? They offer all of this for free: Locker rooms, showers and towels. 23 pieces of equipment, including treadmills, stair masters; stationary bikes, and seated steppers. Free-weights. TV's. Ooooh what good tv programs are on mid day?! Me oh my.... I am back!!! :)
