Wii CAN DO IT!

Wii users out there?!?!? Wii can do it!

Last night Maryann and I BOXED and BOXED (Wii Golds Gym) and it felt great working out with her! We motivated each other to eat good and work out!

What is our goal today?!?!? I need to drink more water, and keep on eating healthy snacks... I did it yesterday, and can do it today!!! :)

Patricia - tell me more about the cool things on Wii Fit that burns the most calories. LOVE that you are finding this all out!

    Joanne: Can you box eachother online?

    Moving forward, I read that the best exercises on Wii Fit are the ones under the CARDIO tab (specifically, hula hooping and boxing). I like the step activity, but it is too short!

    My goal today: Continue to stay away from junk food (my new year's resolution).

    Weight to lose: 20 lbs!

    Side note: I tried The Biggest Loser on the Wii last night, and it was AWESOME! I'd recommend you rent it, first, to make sure you like it. I'm pretty sore today!

    Maryann - I know we couldn't box together in the same room - but is there an online option? hmmm...

    I will try my Wii Fit tonite - and will try the hula hooping and I do love to box!!! Thanx Patricia! :) I am now interested in seeing the Biggest Loser in action, maybe I'll skype you tonite and you can show me how it works! yeah... that would be cool!

    Frankie - you out there? We need our only man, the man that started it all to post too! Hope you are doing great too!!!

  4. Patricia.... I did my EA Sports workout, then Wii Fit boxing and hula hooping! I am feeling it, and was eating good... that is until I had craving for chips... kettle dark russet chips... and beer... and a filet steak with shrimp scampi and asparagus... and and... well... I ate really really good tonight (as in delish)... but oh so bad, as in high calorie night of feasting! BUT I shall WII extra hard tomorrow! Must be PMSing ;)
