Day 3 - TEMPTATIONS


TEMPTATIONS.


Just say NO to temptation today. Whatever that bad craving of a tempation is for you - it isn't worth it. Because we can do it, if we stick together, and motivate each other. Temptation is a thing of the past! :)


Okay - back to my sneakers. YES. I will admit to this, my sneakers are lost ;) ...well, not really lost, they just haven't found their way onto my feet?!?! WHY, I ask you? Because I have other things (not really) to do. I can't find the time in the day for ME. To stop and take care of the person who needs to get me through this life - and I want to look and feel good moving forward. No one can do this for me. It is up to me. SO what will I do about this you ask? I will let you know after I do it!

For now, I am on the right track. I did not cave in to temptation last night, and Frankie G - I had small portions (give it up for me) - I had a small chicken, and I too did a baked potato, but only had half of one, and I dressed it up with a bit of fat free sourcream! Add some green veggies to the mix and I was satisfied! I did not snack on bad food at all. I did not indulge in any drinks (as I have been enjoying the summer beer and relaxing wine a bit too much these past few months). Something new & different though, I have been getting headaches a bit, but it may be because I am stressed, over worked and tired! I also have been getting this annoying leg cramp (my right ankle which I twisted this past summer) well it just didn't heal 100% and now I get a bit of an ache/annoying numbness kinda feeling at times. I twist my leg a bit to make it better... but I haven't been sleeping good because of this annoying pain. What I should be doing is exercising that leg by walking, and walking lots! Yes... so that brings me back to my sneakers... where are they again?!
