Didnt eat anything for Breakfast ( not good ) and was out of the house early working.
Lunchtime? hmmmm........actually had nothing for lunch - was with a client all day.......did not find the time ( not good ).
Dinner had a porterhouse steak...NICE!
Had a baked potato and corn also.
Not bad...next time no carbs.....I feel a few pounds lighter, but we will see come Next Monday.
Well.....I need to pick up the exercise.....and I will......

ReplyDeleteAs for you not eating meals?! BAD. that is bad... not good for you - as it imbalances off something in you (don't know the term) but it is so important to eat 3 good meals a day. Which I did - so yah me!!! Nice dinner - yum! Are we doing weekly weigh in's? I too feel lighter, and perhaps we should only weigh in on Monday morning's?!?! Let's discuss over some healthy snacks soon!!!
